“ONE STEP BACK IS A BIG STEP FORWARD”
Four years ago we embraced the biodynamic method, with the aim of obtaining a totally natural agriculture, where the fertility of the soil is obtained with cultivation techniques that use crop rotation and vegetable fertilisers, without the use of chemical agents. A process that, preferring quality to quantity, recalls ancient rules and requires much more dedication and constancy to cultivate. So we have decided to take a “step back”, returning to cultivating our land not just for the purpose of producing, but rather with the aim of making it vital, increasing its biological activity. Healthy soil also develops strong resilience in plants, making them less vulnerable to disease, and makes them grow naturally, nourished by the soil ecosystem.
What we grow is what we all feed on.
